Learners are expected to complete assigned readings and case analyses in advance, so class time can be devoted to interactive learning and real-world application.

| 1 calendar week prior to the first meeting | 100% refund |
| After one calendar week or 1st class meeting | 50% refund |
| After 2nd class meetings | No refund |
All requests for withdrawals and refunds must be submitted to the School of Professional and Continuing Studies, in writing to
lichee lee (lichee22@hotmail.com),and will be processed based on the date received. Refunds will be issued less the cost of SHRM study materials.
